Have you had a look at umgumbo yet? This is really exciting. The team at umgumbo are developing a 3D VLE (Virtual Learning Environment) that should be a big hit. It's not released yet but they wanted to share their idea and hope to get some feedback from you.
The idea is a classroom in space – you will be able to attach learning materials to things in the classroom by drag and drop. How cool is that!
They tell me that they plan to launch a version that is working enough to be useful at the Education Show in March. And they want to get some early adopters using it for free.
Looks good to us and is in line with our policy of only accepting advertisements for special goods or services not easily accessible to schools everywhere.
